I'm Melissa, and I'm a board-certified Functional Nutritionist who is passionate about women's health in mid-life. My mission is to help women thrive and feel empowered during this transformative phase of life and beyond.
About ME:
I am a mom of 5 kids, almost all adults, and I love being outdoors any time I can. My favorite things are traveling, hiking, sewing, spending time with my husband and kids, and hanging out with my girlfriends. I spent over ten years caring for my mom while she battled several illnesses until COVID-19 hit and took her over the finish line. I learned so much from my mom, but one of the things I learned about myself during that time was that I didn't want to spend my golden years whithering away from illness. If there is anything I can do to live full-out until I graduate from this life, I'm going to do it.
While specializing in women's health during midlife, I offer a personalized and integrative approach to nutrition that takes into account the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that characterize this incredible life stage. From perimenopause to postmenopause, I'm here to guide you through the intricacies of nutrition, helping you embrace this chapter with vitality, balance, and confidence.
